Thank you for using Donely.

Donely is designed to help you track your progress by recording what you actually accomplish each day. Your privacy is important to us, and the app is built with a privacy-first approach.

This page contains both our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Privacy Policy

Information We Store

Donely stores only the information that you choose to create within the app, including:

  • Activity registrations
  • Categories
  • Goals
  • Statistics
  • App settings

This information is stored locally on your device.

No Account Required

Donely does not require you to create an account.

We do not collect your name, email address, password, or other personal account information to use the app.

Local Storage

Your activity data remains on your own device.

Donely does not upload or synchronize your personal activity data to our servers.

If you uninstall the app, your locally stored data may be permanently deleted unless you have created a backup using the export feature.

Import and Export

Donely allows you to export your data as a backup file and import it again later.

  • Backup files contain your activity data, categories, goals and app settings.
  • Premium subscription information is never included in exported backups.
  • You are responsible for storing exported backup files securely.

Premium Subscription

Donely offers an optional Premium subscription.

All subscriptions, purchases and payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store.

We never receive, process or store your payment information.

Subscription status is provided by Apple using StoreKit.

Analytics

Donely does not collect personal information for advertising purposes.

If anonymous crash reporting or analytics are introduced in the future, they will only be used to improve the stability, reliability and performance of the application.

Third-Party Services

Donely relies on Apple services for:

  • App Store purchases
  • Subscription management
  • In-App Review requests

These services are governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.

Your Rights

Because your data is stored locally, you can at any time:

  • Export your data
  • Import a previous backup
  • Delete all local data
  • Uninstall the application

Deleting your local data does not affect your Premium subscription.

Terms of Use

Acceptance

By downloading or using Donely, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the application.

Purpose

Donely is a productivity and activity tracking application that helps users record completed activities and monitor their progress over time.

You are responsible for the information you choose to enter into the application.

Premium Subscription

Donely offers an optional Premium subscription.

Premium allows continued creation and management of activities after the free trial has ended.

Without an active subscription, you can still view your statistics, history and previously recorded information, but creating or modifying activities may be restricted.

Subscription Terms

Premium is available as an automatically renewing monthly subscription through Apple App Store.

Where available, Apple may offer an introductory free trial.

Pricing, currency and introductory offers are determined by Apple and may vary by country or region.

The price shown by Apple at the time of purchase is the price that applies.

Renewal and Cancellation

Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment will be charged to your Apple Account.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not immediately remove Premium access during the current paid period.

Availability

We strive to keep Donely available and functioning correctly.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the application will always be free from bugs or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

Donely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of locally stored data
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application

We strongly recommend creating regular backups using the export feature.

Changes

These Privacy Policy and Terms of Use may be updated from time to time.

The latest version will always be available within the application and on this website.
